Having a fat belly can be a real drag and be uncomfortable, always out of breath and bereaving hard. Always seen as the person to blame at the parties when all the pies and snacks are gone…

You know what I am talking about? But what can we do? It is really hard to start working out because we left the training and workouts for to long and found ourselves in such a predicament and state that we are not able to do fitness workouts any more. So now we are back at the question what shall we do?

From when I wrote this post I have lost 6KG and have joined the gym two months ago, I am overweight and most people call me “Fat Man” it is demeaning but in a way it motivates me to lose even more weight. I weight in at 109KG (present). My weight loss started when I decided I am tired of being overweight and always out of breath even when I walk down the stairs, I knew it will not be easy but as the first month flew by I am more active and can train harder. I visit the gymnasium three times a week and still eat what I want but I am follow a workout that put the fuel I take in to use, and not store it as fat.
