<p>You know what I am talking about? But what can we do? It is really hard to start working out because we left the training and workouts for to long and found ourselves in such a predicament and state that we are not able to do fitness workouts any more. Lets face it diets don’t work! There is latterly thousands of products out there that promise the moon and the stars but don’t deliver! I like to quote one thing that I always see. “It works for 99% of our customers” But then have you find that you are always the 1% that product never works on. How ironic…</p>
<p>So what are we about to do? Eat less? Heaven now!<br />
Workout? Heavens…</p>
<p>Workout might be the way out, but how long is that going to take? Or are we just going to sit and leaf our fat belly’s to grow bigger and later cause diabetes, bad hart, poison our liver. We need to make a change. There was recently a report send out by die BBC that a Canadian team found that the fat around your belly produces hormones witch prompts and helps develop cells that can turn into fat, they call it NPY. Imagine that your belly fat is making you fatter by the minute. This is really alarming we all know that being over weight is real bad for your health and we all need to watch what cloistral intake we consume every day. We are not young anymore and can not eat what we want. The same with our bone structure it is not possible for our older bodies to climb trees and jump from things higher that our self’s, because now bones brake and muscles toughens. </p>
<p>The dangerous of being over weight is Type 2 diabetes, heart  disease, high blood pressure and can cause some cancers. You might thing “ah all bolly” But don’t fool your self before you know it some thing is wrong with your body and in most cases it is irreversible and then you will nee to live the consequences. So now we are back at the question what shall we do?</p>
<p>From when I wrote this post I have lost 6KG and have joined the gym two months ago, I am overweight and most people call me “Fat Man” it is demeaning but in a way it motivates me to lose even more weight. I weight in at 109KG (present).  My weight loss started when I decided I am tired of being overweight and always out of breath even when I walk down the stairs, I knew it will not be easy but as the first month flew by I am more active and can train harder. I visit the gymnasium three times a week and still eat what I want but I am follow a workout that put the fuel I take in to use, and not   store it as fat.
